Describe what the machine will produce
Begin with the finished product and converting line. This gives context to every technical field and helps avoid matching a paper grade that looks similar on paper but is unsuitable for the process.
Core technical fields
Provide confirmed values where available and identify any tolerances required by the line.
- Material preference or current grade
- GSM and ply
- Usable roll width
- Maximum or target roll diameter
- Core size
- Target reel weight
- Embossing or grade requirement where applicable
Commercial and logistics context
Monthly demand, destination, preferred Incoterm and packing expectations affect how the supply option is prepared and compared. If the specification is incomplete, attach the existing sheet, sample information or machine requirement and mark open fields for review.
